Sketches, 3D views and timber samples land in your inbox within a week. Two revision rounds included.

Choose your boards with us — in person or by video — and approve the exact grain before we cut.
04 Craftsmanship & Production
We build, finish and photograph your piece, then deliver and install it — packaging taken away.

Service questions, answered
How long does a custom piece take?+
Most furniture takes 3–6 weeks from approved design. Full interiors run 8–12 weeks. You'll get a written schedule before we start — and photo updates every Friday.
Can you match an existing style or finish?+
Yes. Send us photos or a sample (a drawer front works perfectly). We'll mix stains and sheens until the match disappears in daylight.
Do you deliver and install?+
Within 60 miles delivery and installation are included on orders over $500. Beyond that we crate, insure and ship worldwide.
What warranty do you offer?+
Ten years on joinery and structure, two years on finishes — plus free annual oiling advice for life. If a joint we made ever fails, we fix it free.
