Within 48 hours on working days — usually much faster. Complex interiors may need a site visit first, which we'll arrange in the same reply.
Is the estimate really free?+
Yes. Design sketches, a fixed quote and timber samples cost nothing. You only pay when you approve the build.
Can I supply my own timber?+
Often, yes — especially sentimental pieces like a family barn beam. We'll inspect and moisture-test it first, free of charge.
